About the Broker, Mark Anderson, Realtor ®, Green Designation

I have been a resident of the Phoenix metro area since 1960, most of my life, so I can be called an ‘Arizona Native’. I live in Moon Valley and know the Valley neighborhoods quite well. I specialize in the North Valley to give my clients the best service without diluting my time traveling to other distant areas. My focus is on buyer’s looking to purchase homes with “Green” features.

I have been a Realtor since 1991 serving both home buyers and sellers. I am the Designated Broker of Owner’s Network Real Estate, opening it in 1996. I am also personally involved in investment property management and can guide you through the benefits and pitfalls of residential investment property.

I have an Engineering background from Arizona State University, which makes me uniquely qualified to understand the highly technical “Green” features of the most sought after homes in the Valley. I have been awarded the “Green” Realtor designation which is held by a limited number Arizona Realtors. This training helps to set me apart as a specialist in this area. It is hard to ascertain a real “Green Home” since there are so many variables and technical features, not to mention that there are few clear standards by which to measure a home efficiency. I can guide you through deciding which “Green” features match your needs, provide clear benefits and probably the most important factor, the return on investment. Then I will find and show you "Green" homes that match those needs and within your budget.
